According to Combined Properties, Inc., Core Brands, a Nortek company, has signed a 4,982 s/f lease at Two Corporation Way, a first-class office building in Centennial Park. "The city of Peabody is investing revitalized energy into attracting new businesses to Centennial Park by highlighting the park's most attractive features, like its outstanding location, direct highway access, and the industry-leading companies that are already rooted there" said Greg Regazzini, vice president and director of leasing at Combined Properties. "This sharpened focus on Centennial Park coupled with the specific features available at Two Corporation Way is bringing businesses like Core Brands to the park and this building specifically." Regazzini represented the landlord in this transaction. CBRE represented the tenant. Core Brands joins fellow occupants North Shore Physicians Group, Talx Corporation, and USA Project at the newly renovated Two Corporation Way.
