Bill Simson of HK Group was the sole broker for the $230,000 sale of 8,024 s/f on .36 acres at 247 Ash St. to Golden Hill Custom Cabinetry. Golden Hill will remain in town and move its existing custom cabinetry manufacturing facility to its new location. The entrance and shipping dock are on Dewey St. The expanded facility will enable Golden Hill to streamline its production facility and expand its business in the future.
