REgeneration relocates to Malkin's First Stamford Place

June 28, 2012 - Green Buildings
REgeneration Finance has relocated its headquarters from Harrison, N.Y. to 4,136 s/f at First Stamford Place for a term of 10 years, according to Jeffrey Newman, executive vice president of Malkin Properties, the marketing and management agent for the three-building office complex, which is adjacent to the Stamford Transportation Center.
REgeneration Finance concentrates on the solar distributed power space. The firm is focused on financing the development and ownership of solar power systems to supply electricity to municipalities, schools, universities and credit-worthy commercial off-takers. REgeneration's management team has over 100 megawatts of experience designing, developing, financing and operating high quality solar projects.
"As REgeneration Finance has grown, we were looking for new office space in Connecticut that offered Manhattan-quality amenities, with plenty of room for expansion," said Jaime Smith, CEO of REgeneration
Newman represented the landlord, along with senior leasing associate Kim Zaccagnino and leasing associate Tara Long. The tenant was represented by Brian Carcaterra and Paul Gojkovich III of Newmark Knight Frank.
