Region Commercial secures 4,000 s/f lease for Valley Fabrics new location

Deerfield, MA Region Commercial with Valley Fabrics have secured a new space at 424 State Rd. The featured retail property across from Yankee Candle’s flagship store, has highway access and visibility. Valley Fabrics joins Cheech & Chong’s Dispensary at the property, bringing the property to full occupancy and utilization.

Located at the intersection of I-91 and Rtes. 5 & 116, the property offers visibility and accessibility. The site benefits from high traffic counts, on-site parking, and regional connectivity, making it an ideal location for retail operations.

“We’re really happy that we were able to find a location suitable for Valley Fabrics’ long-term business plans, and improve the endcap space at the subject property,” said Ben Bolotin of Region Commercial. “We hope the property will be a long-term home for them and their store will continue to be a destination for fabric shoppers coming from all over.”

“We are so excited to move up to South Deerfield into a new space filled with new possibilities - including adding yarn, knitting and needlework supplies to our modern fabric selection!” said Francesca DenHartog, owner of Valley Fabrics.

The owner of the property, John Bonavita, said “Region Commercial was able to identify Valley Fabric as the perfect addition to our property at 424 State Rd., Whately, MA. They worked diligently to put together a lease that will work for all Parties. The property is now 100% occupied and we look forward to the continuing success of Valley Fabric.”
