Renovation of the former Willard School by Furnace Brook Associates, a joint venture of Dickinson Development Corp. and the Grossman Companies, will provide nearly 45,000 s/f of office space for the city by end of 1984. The $1.5 million renovation will include all new electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning.
