Remic Props. signs 10,000 s/f lease with Aubuchon at 832 Stevens Ave.
Remic Properties has signed a lease with Aubuchon Hardware for 10,000 s/f at 832 Stevens Ave. in the Morrills Corner neighborhood of Portland. This location is a relocation for Aubuchon of a smaller store in the same neighborhood.
Aubuchon Hardware is a 102- year-old, family run company with 125 stores throughout New England.
Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers of Portland represented the landlord and Greg Moran of Aubuchon represented the tenant.
