Residential Properties Ltd. sells Edward J. Sullivan House for $1.625 million

Providence, RI Residential Properties Ltd. (RPL) completed the sale of the historic Edward J. Sullivan House at 45 Balton Rd. on the East Side of the city for $1.625 million. Gerri Schiffman of RPL’s office represented the buyer and seller.

Built circa 1930, the brick Georgian Revival features period details while also providing all of today’s modern amenities and conveniences. The home maintains its original detailing with gracious rooms, tall windows, and a total of five fireplaces, while offering a new custom kitchen that opens to a patio and lovely brick walled yard.

Schiffman is one of the top producing Realtors in Rhode Island and has been named to Real Trends’ list of “America’s Best Real Estate Agents” during each of the last two years. She has been a Multi-Million Dollar Club member every year since 1994, a Top Producer in Providence County since 1999, and a 2016 recipient of the Greater Providence Board of Realtors Platinum Plus Circle of Excellence Award.
