RHYS Commercial completes 16 AT&T deals
RHYS Commercial, a full-service commercial real estate firm, has represented AT&T in signing its 16th lease.
RHYS partner and head of retail leasing, Jason Wuchiski, along with vice president Nick Marona and associate, Ryan Stranko, have been working to introduce AT&T Authorized Dealers into new markets since March of 2013.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
