RHYS named agent for 333 Westchester Ave
In its largest landlord assignment to date, RHYS Commercial has been named exclusive leasing agent for 333 Westchester Ave., the 500,000 s/f former General Foods headquarters complex that owner/developer Charles Cohen has transformed into a multi-tenant corporate office center.
RHYS president and CEO Cory Gubner will head the 333 leasing team along with on-site listing brokers Christian Bangert and Alex Anderson.
According to Gubner, about 150,000 s/f of space is currently available for lease.
