Theroux of Drubner Comm'l. brokers $1.32m sale of 33 acre ind. site
David Theroux, managing partner of Waterbury-based Drubner Commercial Real Estate, has completed the sale of 33 acres of industrial zoned property on Echo Lake Rd. The seller was Industrial Development Group of Waterbury and the buyer is Echo Lake Holdings, LLC, a partnership managed by Torrington-based O&G Industries. The sale price was $1.32 million. The site is approved by the State of Connecticut Sitng Council for a 30 megawatt biomass power plant estimated to cost $110 million. Theroux represented both the buyer and seller.
