RICABOR forms appraisal task force

The Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors will be hosting a series of meetings focusing on the issues that real estate appraisers face in the market place. Susan Kelly of Appraisal Solutions, Lincoln, has agreed to chair this group. The committee will review educational options, legislative issues and make recommendations to the RICABOR board of directors to better serve appraisal specialists. The next meeting will be held on February 12, at 3 p.m. at the board office.
