Richard of Colliers Dow & Condon represents C.S.B. Int'l. in $1.1m sale
C.S.B. International Products, Inc. has purchased 41 Hammer Mill Rd. for its distribution operation. The site is comprised of 2.7 acres and a 19,550 s/f industrial building. The purchase price for the property was $1.1 million.
David Richard of Colliers Dow and Condon represented C.S.B. International Products, Inc. in the sale transaction. Mark Duclos of Sentry Commercial represented the seller, Bussman Associates, Inc.
Richard is a principal at Colliers Dow & Condon and specializes in all aspects of commercial real estate, including industrial, office and retail sales and leasing.
