The Geenty Group brokers three deals totaling 10,000 s/f

MPM Realty, LLC, represented by Barry Stratton of The Geenty Group, Realtors, has leased two units at 500 Main St. One is a 5,000 s/f office/shop space, and the other is a 1,500 s/f office. Attorney Gregory Harris of Old Saybrook represented MPM Realty. The landlord, Mislick Family LP, was represented by Kristin Geenty SIOR and Kevin Geenty SIOR, also of The Geenty Group, Realtors. In another transaction, The Geenty Group, Realtors sublet 3,500 s/f of surplus office space at 21 Commerce Dr., North Branford. The subletting landlord is Streamline Press, LLC, while the subtenant is Pro Dental Billing, LLC. The master landlord is W. E. Hitchcock, LLC. The sole agent in the transaction was Kevin Geenty, SIOR. Pro Dental Billing provides complete billing services to dental offices on a regional and national basis and will relocate from Guilford to North Branford to accommodate the growth in its client base.
