Richard of Colliers International completes two leases totaling 25,300 s/f
New Britain, CT Stone Valley Granite & Marble held their ribbon cutting in June after signing a long-term lease at 60 Wooster St. They will run their operations and showroom out of the 14,500 s/f flex building.
David Richard of Colliers International was the sole broker involved in this transaction.
In Hartford, Lennox Industries, Inc. has leased 10,800 s/f of industrial space at 110 Murphy Rd.
Nick Pinto of Sentry Commercial represented the tenant. Richard represented the landlord, South Meadows #7 LLC.
