Richetelli and Eliopoulos of Colonial Properties, Inc. broker two sales for $1.26 million

12 Norfolk Street - West Haven, CT

West Haven, CT According to Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., the company has completed the following transactions: 

• Richetelli represented the seller, Hyla Chasnoff in the sale of 12 Norfolk St., an 8,500 s/f freestanding commercial/warehouse building on .18 acres. The property was purchased by CDL Holdings, LLC for $487,500, who will use the property to operate their customer millwork shop. The seller was represented by attorney Andrew Crumbie with Crumbie Law Group in Hartford; the buyer was represented by attorney Jonathan Wetmore in Shelton.

410 Blake Street - New Haven, CT

• Kosta Eliopoulos, Realtor, was the sole broker in the sale of 410 Blake St. in New Haven. The retail strip center consists of 5,100 s/f on .37 acres and is 100% occupied. The property was purchased by an investor for $780,000. The seller, Stratos Nicoliades was represented by attorney Ian Gottlieb with Gambardella, Cipriano, Gottlieb & Hathaway PC in Hamden; the buyer was represented by attorney Nate Hakanoglu in West Haven.

“We continue to see strong demand for owner/user light industrial and cash-flow investment properties, which both of these sales represent. We look forward to a robust commercial real estate environment continuing into 2025,” said Richetelli.
