Richetelli of Colonial Properties brokers $440,000 office sale

Orange, CT Michael Richetelli, of Colonial Properties, Inc. represented the seller, ADA 1965, LLC, in the sale of 233 Boston Post Rd. for $440,000.
The 4,468 s/f office building was purchased by 225 Boston Post Road, LLC. The property was sold in conjunction with the buyer acquiring an adjacent property, being operated as Orange Health & Rehabilitation Center, a long-standing nursing care and rehab facility.
The attorney representing the seller was Lynn Bortolan of Ford & Paulekas, LLP located in Hartford. The buyer’s attorney was Bruce Temkin in Hartford.
“This property is unique, as it is one of only a handful of small office buildings that exists in this market. We are pleased to be able to assist our client in the disposition of this property, including providing them with multiple offers,” said Richetelli.
