This space is comprised of warehouse and office space with a truck dock.  The tenant is The Rug Doctor.  Rug Doctor distributes cleaning materials for carpeting and will use the space as their warehouse and distribution point.  This lease represents an expansion of Rug Doctor’s business in Connecticut.

Kevin Geenty SIOR was the agent for the tenant.  The landlord is K. Russo Construction, Inc.  Their agent was Bill Clark, also of The Geenty Group.
