Richetelli of Colonial Properties sells 6,000 s/f building for $250,000

Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., brokered the sale of 149 ½ Front Ave., a 6,000 s/f former terminal building on 1.69 acres. The property was part of a larger piece, formerly used by Matlaw's food processing, whose principals still owned the parcel and were represented by Richetelli. The property was sold for $250,000 to Frederick Gallipoli who was represented in the transaction by Mark Glassman of Arnold Peck's Commercial World. The buyer plans to utilize the property to house his Amusement business.
