Riley and Vinci of H. Pearce Commercial broker 2,950 s/f lease
H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate has completed a 2,950 s/f lease with Rugged Fitness in Atlas Plaza at 1862 Berlin Tpke. Atla Plaza is a 14,636 s/f plaza anchored by Atlas Tile. Rugged Fitness is a progressive strength and conditioning facility that provides the resources and instruction to aid members in reaching their physical goals.
