RK Associates is now RK Centers

RK Associates, a privately held, family-owned real estate development company with offices in Dedham and Sunny Isles Beach, Fla., is changing its name to RK Centers as of January 1, 2012. The new name better captures what the company does best - acquiring, developing and operating prime "open air" regional and community shopping centers in New England and South Fla. RK Centers currently owns over six million s/f of commercial space and is actively growing. With a stable business model utilizing a minimal amount of leverage, RK Centers is poised to acquire new properties. The company typically closes on acquisitions in less than thirty days with its own funds; thereby eliminating the need to obtain financing.
