RM Bradley leases 1,822 s/f to Muse Paint Bar in West Hartford

Muse Paint Bar has signed a 5-year lease for 1,822 s/f in West Hartford's Blue Back Square. Muse Paint Bar will host daily events which will allow groups of friends to partake in instructed painting sessions while enjoying adult beverages such as beer and wine in the meantime. The new location in Blue Back Square will hold both public and private events for people of all ages. Public sessions will be held during the evenings seven days a week with extended weekday hours. Private parties can also be scheduled upon request. Muse is set to open up their doors as early as August. Meagan Williams of RM Bradley Brokerage Company represented Muse Paintbar and The Pollock Companies represented the landlord on this transaction.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
