RM Bradley renews 6,588 s/f lease for Axinn Veltrop & Harkrider
Axinn Veltrop & Harkrider signed a 7 year renewal for 6,588 s/f of office space at 90 State House Square. AVH's renewal is now coterminous with their additional 21,407 s/f lease. AVH currently occupies 27,995 s/f in 90 State House Sq.
Andrew Filler of RM Bradley Brokerage Co. represented Axinn Veltrop & Harkrider and Shawn McMahon of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, FBE Limited.
