RM Bradley signs Pick & Mix at Avon Village

According to RM Bradley, Pick & Mix, a popular West Hartford Korean restaurant, signed at Avon Village Marketplace. Pick & Mix has signed a 5 year lease for 890 s/f at 41 E Main St. in the former Good-to-Go space. Local owner Won Joo opened the West Hartford location in 2010 where they offer a unique, fast and fresh take on traditional Korean fare. RM Bradley represented both tenant and the landlord on this transaction. Avon Village Associates purchased Old Avon Village from the August family, the owners of the property for the last 40 years, earlier this year. Their focus has been to update the Village and expand the village's tenant base, while serving the existing tenants with their tenant oriented management team. The addition of Pick and Mix is consistent with their objective of providing local services, such as the fresh take-out products offered by Pick and Mix, to the residents of the Farmington Valley.
