Partners, LP (CBRE/NE) have negotiated a lease within 12 Cheryl Dr. for 2,600 s/f to ice cream manufacturer Ben & Jerry's. 12 Cheryl Dr. is an industrial building located just off CT-Rte. 44. The space will be used to accommodate Ben & Jerry's catering services. Kyle Roberts of CBRE/NE represented both the landlord, Tech Center, LLC and the tenant in this transaction.
