Rosa graduates from the Metropolitan Boston Housing Partnership Family Self-Sufficiency program
Maria Rosa of Randolph, a graduate of the Metropolitan Boston Housing Partnership (MBHP) Family Self-Sufficiency program, shows off her graduate certificate during a ceremony hosted by Boston Private Bank & Trust Co.
Boston Private Bank CEO and president Mark Thompson congratulated FSS graduates who are Section 8 rental assistance recipients and who have spent the last five years working to improve their incomes, education and ability to become more economically self-sufficient.
MBHP helps individuals and families find and retain affordable housing. It is the state's largest regional provider of rental voucher assistance, serving homeless, elderly, disabled, and low- and moderate-income residents of Boston and 29 surrounding communities.
