Rosen joins law firm Ruberto, Israel & Weiner

According to the law firm Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, Michael Dana Rosen has joined the firm. Rosen has extensive experience representing developers regarding the acquisition, development, sale, leasing, and financing of complex residential and commercial real estate projects. He has represented both borrowers and lenders in complex real estate financing transactions and has appeared before zoning and planning boards regarding a variety of residential and commercial matters. Rosen also represents telecommunication carriers before local boards with regard to wireless facilities and cellular towers. Additionally, his clients include vendors, creditors, and landlords in bankruptcy cases and commercial workouts.
