Rosenbaum of MGR/Commercial brokers 6,000 s/f lease to Bikeworx
MGR/Commercial Real Estate Servies recently completed leasing 6,000 s/f at 1 Kane Industrial Dr. to Bikeworx. Michael Rosenbaum was the sole broker in the transaction.
Bikeworx, who had relocated, saw value in the high traffic and good visibility that Kane Industrial Park could provide.
Bikeworx sells motor sport products and equipment as well as a full range of maintenance services.
