Rosencranz has 15 years of experience in bridge design and construction engineering, with a specialty in solving complex problems with innovative solutions that are constructible. In addition to bridge design, he is experienced in bridge rating and inspection, bridge and tunnel rehabilitation, dam rehabilitation, and analysis of communication towers.
