Roth and Moynahan of C&W represents Griffin Properties in 20,125 s/f lease; Tosti of CB Richard Ellis acts for tenant, Cbeyond

Cushman & Wakefield has represented Griffith Properties in Cbeyond's seven-year lease of 20,125 s/f of office space at 1 Burlington Woods in the Burlington Woods Office Park. Griffith Properties was represented by Cushman & Wakefield's executive director Mark Roth and associate Michael Moynahan. Cbeyond was represented by CB Richard Ellis' Chris Tosti.
