Ruff and Urbano of Levey Miller Maretz broker 1,000 s/f lease
Brown Fitness Consultants, LLC leased 1,000 s/f of newly constructed space at 245 Amity Rd. Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz Commercial Realtors represented the tenant and Diane Urbano, also of Levey Mller Maretz, represented te landlord, Research Development at Bradley Road, LLC.
245 Amity Rd. is a two-story office/retail center located on Rte. 63. The project, resembling a colonial village, is located less than one-half mile from Exit 59 of the Wilbur Cross Pkwy.
