Ruff represented the landlord and Susan Mullane of Weichert Shoreline Properties represented the tenant.
In another transaction, Steve Miller and Shawn Reilly of Levey Miller Maretz Commercial Realtors sold 888 Grand Ave. in New Haven. The property was sold by the Fasano family, owner of long time New Haven business, Fasano Jewelers.
