Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz leases 2,400 s/f to Steady Photography; Miller and Reilly of Levey Miller Maretz sell Fasano Jewelers property

Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz leased 2,400 s/f of office and photographic studios at 802 East Main St. to Steady Photography, LLC. Recent growth of the firm required a move to a larger facility. A five year lease was signed. Ruff represented the landlord and Susan Mullane of Weichert Shoreline Properties represented the tenant. In another transaction, Steve Miller and Shawn Reilly of Levey Miller Maretz Commercial Realtors sold 888 Grand Ave. in New Haven. The property was sold by the Fasano family, owner of long time New Haven business, Fasano Jewelers.
