Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz negotiates 1,250 s/f lease
Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz brokered a 1,250 s/f lease with Skater's Landing, LLC formerly of North Haven for a three year term with multiple options to their new headquarters at 2558 Whitney Ave. Skater's Landing also has offices in West Hartford and Greenwich.
Marty Ruff represented both Skater's Landing, LLC and 2558 Whitney, LLC, the landlord in this transaction.
Levey Miller Maretz, LLC was founded in 1963 and specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties as well as the sale of investment properties and business opportunities.
