Rumford Center gets new property manager
Peregrine Property Management has been awarded the property management contract for 65,000 s/f of the Rumford Center.
Peregrine will manage the mixed-use space. 130,000 s/f of residential lofts will be managed by Kirkbrae Properties.
The property is owned by the Peregrine Group LLC, and partner Kirkbrae Development Corp.
Peregrine P.M. also managed the American Locomotive Works project.
