Carl Russell, executive vice president of George J. Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate, Milford, leased approximately 15,000 s/f of light industrial space at 75 Rebeschi Dr. The tenant, Amarr Garage Doors, will use the space for warehousing and distribution of garage doors and other items related to their business. Amarr is one of the world's leading designers, manufacturers and distributors of door access sytems for residential garages, warehouses, commercial buildings, shopping malls and other commercial applications. The landlord, Andrew Dixon, was represented by Lynn Weed, a principal with Weed Realtors in North Haven.
