Russell of H. Pearce named CoStar’s Power Broker Quarterly Deals

North Haven, CT CoStar Group, Inc., named the CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winners for the third quarter of 2022. Carl Russell of H. Pearce Real Estate came out on top in the list of winners in Westchester/Southern Connecticut.

The CoStar Power Brokers Quarterly Deals winners are determined by the top deals executed every quarter, based on price and square footage.

During the 2022 3rd Quarter, Russell transacted several large deals including sales and leases involving about 72,000 square feet of industrial and office space and more than $4 million, most notably a lease at 45 Woodmont Road in Milford, CT which earned him this award.

This is not the first time Russell has received a CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deal Award. He has been honored with several such awards, and others, throughout his lengthy and successful career, including the 2021 Land Sale Deal of the Year Award from the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) arm of the National Association of REALTORS®. Russell, a Senior Commercial Broker with H. Pearce Real Estate, is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR). He is a specialist in investment analysis and offers his clients more than 45 years of experience in commercial real estate. Russell is also a nationally known instructor in the CCIM program and a Past President of the Greater New Haven Association of REALTORS®.
