Russell of Pearce and Shiue of Colliers arrange 2,600 s/f lease
Milford, CT Carl Russell, senior commercial broker at Pearce Real Estate, has closed on a lease for 2,600 s/f of light industrial and office space at 234 Depot Rd.
The space will be occupied by Rentokil-Ehrlich Pest Control, who was represented by Peter Shiue, MBA, CCIM, senior broker with Colliers International. Hanon Russell and Nancy Kierstead, the property owners of 234 Depot Rd., were represented by Russell.
