North Haven, CT Pearce Real Estate senior commercial broker Carl Russell has received national recognition from the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

For the second time in his distinguished career, Russell is a recipient of the NAR National Commercial Award. Russell was one of only 35 people from 27 states to receive the honor this year, and the only one from Connecticut.

NAR has recognized about 750 commercial members since the inception of this awards program in 2006. Nominees are considered based on an award or recognition from a state Realtors association, NAR-affiliated institute, society or council, or community organization.

“This national recognition program honors Realtors who received an award or recognition for their exceptional service and contributions to the commercial real estate industry,” Russell was told in a message from Andrew Scoulas, manager, association information and resources for the National Association of Realtors.

Russell was also honored with this national award in 2017. The most recent National Commercial Award follows state accolades Russell received last spring. At the annual New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Division (CID) awards dinner last March Russell’s professionalism and diligence were honored as he received three awards, including the 2023 Chairman’s Award for Dedication and Distinguished Service to CID.

Russell is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He has won multiple awards for his decades-long work in the commercial real estate profession, and he is a well-respected instructor in the National Association of Realtors’ CCIM program.

Pearce Real Estate is a local, independently owned, full-service real estate company with six residential and commercial offices in the greater New Haven and Shoreline areas.
