Vidal/Wettenstein sells 3,100 s/f
to Darien Upholstery for $600,000
Norwalk, CT 10 Broad St., previously home of Wilton Floor Covering, has been sold for $600,000, equating to $193 per s/f. The new owner, Gus Papadopoulos of Darien Upholstery, plans to use the 3,100 s/f retail store for warehousing and storage of high-end fabrics for the design industry.
The transaction was facilitated by Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR, and Silvester Garza with Vidal/Wettenstein, with legal representation from Fiore & Fiore PC for parties involved.
