Russell of Pearce Real Estate sells .41 acre site at 62 West Main St. to Finta and Bene
Milford, CT Carl Russell, CCIM, SIOR, senior commercial broker of Pearce Real Estate, sold the property at 62 West Main St. This .41-acre site, with a two-family house, was purchased as an investment. Both the buyers, Andrea Finta and Ignac Bene, and the seller, Nicholas Kefalas, were represented by Russell.
The Finta family and the Bene family own sheetrock and drywall companies. They contract spray foam insulation, automated taping and finishing systems as well as professional sheet-rocking and taping.
Russell is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. He is a nationally known instructor in the CCIM program. In addition, Russell was an assistant adjunct professor of real estate at New York University. He is also past president of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors.
