Press|Cuozzo Realtors leases 4,400 s/f industrial condo
Cheshire, CT Suzzanne Robitaille of Cheshire RE Commercial and Stephen Press, SIOR of Press|Cuozzo Realtors negotiated the leasing of unit #9, 1484 Highland Ave., a 4,400 s/f industrial condominium.
Robitaille represented the landlord, Diane Bush Levine. Press represented the tenant, Gage Manufacturing and Motorsports, LLC.
The long-term lease commenced February 1, 2022.
