Rutley of Mott & Chace and Gaskin of Residential Properties Ltd. sell 104 Jastram St. for $685,525

Providence, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty negotiated the sale of 103 Jastram St. for $685,525. The sellers were represented by Robert Rutley, sales associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Stephen Gaskin of Residential Properties Ltd. represented the buyers.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest single-family sale on record in the Elmhurst neighborhood of Providence. Rutley previously participated in record breaking sales in the neighborhood, representing clients in the sale of 2 Rosebank Dr. and 105 Hilltop Ave.

This Elmhurst colonial is located on a tree-lined street in Elmhurst, located one block from the Pleasant Valley Pkwy. The home has been transformed by a renovation that features high ceilings, hardwood floors, custom crown molding, and all-new windows. Highlights of the brand-new kitchen include quartz countertops, all new appliances, and elegant finishes. Additional features include a large, well-manicured yard and a one-car garage.

“It’s an honor to represent any home, but this one was special. The seller’s took great care in redesigning this home with entertaining and comfort in mind,” said Rutley. “Creating a perfect marketing presentation that draws buyers in is what I do best, and this was a jaw dropper. Congratulations to the seller’s agent Stephen Gaskin for crafting a flawless offer and understanding the true value of a home as exceptional as 103 Jastram St.”
