R.W. Holmes brings 320 Norwood Park South to 100% occupancy with 6,000 s/f lab lease

Norwood, MA R.W. Holmes has negotiated a 6,000 s/f lab lease at 320 Norwood Park South, bringing the building to 100% occupancy.

Hilltop Bio, a veterinary biotech company built on a foundation of compassion for animals and the veterinary professionals who care for them, is coming out from a Mansfield incubator.

R.W. Holmes managing director Dean Blackey, corporate services director Elizabeth Holmes, and Mike Fahy represented the landlord, Brave Dog Properties, in the transaction. Mike Keenan of JLL represented the tenant.

The building has seen a flurry of leasing activity since R.W. Holmes brokered the sale of the building to Brave Dog Properties and has been serving as its exclusive leasing agent.

Gentex, a global technology company and long-time supplier of electro-optical products for the global automotive, aerospace, and fire protection industries, leased 12,000 s/f in the building earlier this year. MedMinder, a fully integrated, end-to-end pharmacy, medication adherence, and connected care solutions provider, expanded its lease to 24,000 s/f.

“We’re thrilled with the full leasing and transformation of the building under Brave Dog Properties, whose upgrades have revitalized the entire property,” said Holmes. “Our partnership with Brave Dog Properties has been very successful, turning their vision into a fully leased, thriving property.”

320 Norwood Park South, a 40,000 s/f, two-story building, has become a class A option in the 128 South market.
