Sachetta & Callahan, LLC sign a ten-year lease for 4,463 s/f of office space at 600 Market Street, Lynnfield, MA

Sachetta & Callahan LLC has signed a ten-year lease for 4,463 s/f of office space at 600 Market St., the office building at MarketStreet. MarketStreet Lynnfield, a joint venture of National Development and WS Development, is a retail, office and residential project that opened in September. Brian Hines and Michael O'Leary of Cassidy Turley were the brokers for this lease. "We are excited to have Sachetta & Callahan join us at MarketStreet Lynnfield," said Mark Paris, senior vice president at National Development. "Sachetta will thoroughly enjoy their new location and the great amenities available here at MarketStreet." Sachetta & Callahan provides personalized tax, financial planning and investment management to individuals, pension and profit sharing plans, trusts, estates, charitable organizations and small businesses. The firm will be relocating to Market St. from Saugus. Sachetta & Callahan expects to open their new office in early January, 2014. MarketStreet Lynnfield is a new mixed-use development located on Rte. 128/I-95 at Exit 43. Phase I of the project was recently completed and includes 280,000 s/f of retail, 15,000 s/f of office space, and 180 luxury apartments. When complete, MarketStreet Lynnfield will include 395,000 s/f of retail shops and restaurants, 80,000 s/f of office space, 180 residential apartments and the King Rail Reserve golf course. In addition to the developed areas, the project will include substantial conservation land. MarketStreet Lynnfield is located adjacent to the existing Sheraton Colonial Hotel & Conference Center and Boston Sports Club.
