Saldanha joins H. Pearce as an agent in the commercial division
According to H. Pearce Real Estate Co. president and CEO Barbara Pearce, Nick Saldanha has joined the company's commercial division in North Haven as an agent.
Saldanha graduated from Magadh University in India with a Bachelor's in Commerce. He is currently studying to receive his MBA in Marketing from Post University. Saldanha has been a real estate professional for 13 years, both in residential and commercial real estate. Prior to joining H. Pearce, he was a top producer at Beazley Co. He has also worked at ERA Real Estate and at First Choice Real Estate as a residential associate.
