Stratton of The Geenty Group brokers 700 s/f lease at 118 Grand Avenue

According to Kristin Geenty, SIOR, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, 700 s/f of retail space has been leased at 118 Grand Ave. Metro PCS, the new tenant, is the fifth largest wireless network operator in the U.S. They will offer wireless phones and services. Metro PCS was represented by Robert Robledo of CB Richard Ellis, while Three Brothers, LLC, the landlord, was represented by Barry Stratton.

Lakeville, CT Houlihan Lawrence Commercial, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, a real estate firm serving Connecticut and New York City’s northern suburbs, has brokered the sale for $3.5 million of the Wake Robin Inn, a 15,800 s/f historic inn located on 11.52 acres at 106 Sharon Rd.
