Sarni of Lupoli Cos. completes 6,800 s/f lease with Aztec Technology at Riverwalk Properties

Lupoli Companies signed a five-year, 6,800 s/f lease with Aztec Technologies at their 46-acre campus, Riverwalk Properties. Beth Sarni, leasing broker at Lupoli, brokered the deal. Aztec Tech. will be moving from their U.S. manufacturing center in Amesbury due to continued growth and expansion. They saw opportunities at Riverwalk that fit into their current expansion needs while recognizing future growth. The increase in size will assist in creating more manufacturing and office space for the growing staff. "We are thrilled to welcome Aztec Technologies to Riverwalk Properties. Our property offers tenants unparalleled amenities and high quality office space and Aztec is a great addition to our growing list of top class tenants," said Sarni.
