Marlene Aron of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate leased 4,414 s/f to Kuchnir Dermatology & Dermatologic Surgery at 125 Newbury St., a 33,495 s/f single-story building close to Mass Pike exit 13. The new location will be custom built for the practice.
Scott Hughes of New Dover Associates represented the lessor, HCLP Newbury LLC and Scarlata-Wood Newbury LLC.
