Naples, FL Exclusively representing the developer, Penny Wickey of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) and Mike Concilla of LQ Commercial Real Estate Services have leased 100% of the Southbrooke Medical development. The Southbrooke campus totals 40,000 s/f and includes two 20,000 s/f buildings. In early June, NeuroScience and Spinal Associates (NASA) signed a lease for 20,000 s/f to occupy all of Building 100, operating an MRI facility and an Ambulatory Surgical Center. Darren DiFilippo, FUGE LLC, represented NASA in the transaction. Building 200 has been leased to several tenants including a Dentist, an Urgent Care Group, a MedSpa, a PT group and an ASC facility.  

Westport based Gault Family Companies is the developer for Southbrooke Medical on 6750-6770 Immokalee Rd. Wickey of SCRE brokered the land sale of the five-acre lot to the Gault Family Companies in November 2020.
