Westport, CT Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) represented Bridgewater Chocolate in leasing their new seasonal pop-up retail space on 11 Church Lane. After 26 years operating in Northern Fairfield County, the owners/founders Andrew Blauner and Erik Landegren are looking forward to growing the brand’s footprint this holiday season, with a specific focus on their signature assortment boxes. The store will be opening November 26th and will be open weekends only through the holiday season.
