According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Albert Scafati, senior advisor, has completed a lease for 2,400 s/f at 3308 Whitney Ave. This two-story, multi-tenanted building was built in the late 1980s and was recently refurbished. It is located in the Mount Carmel section with access to I-91, Exit 10.
Scafati represented the landlord, Salvi, LLC, while the tenant, Pyramid Family Dental Care, LLC, was represented by Steve Miller of Classic Properties.
